What one focuses on with great emotion is coming forth to us in our businesses and in all aspects of our lives. Knowing about the law of attraction is the most empowering knowledge one can have for success in business. Vision and focus is key to all success.

Many businesses are floundering and not moving forward because they are so focused on what is presently
happening in their current business. Perhaps they are worried about their present financial situation or their lack of expected growth or any number of other things. As any business owner knows, there is a myriad of things that one can focus on that are of a worrying nature.

When one understands that no matter how technically savy a person is or how many personal development
courses one takes, if you do not understand the laws of the universe, you are at a disadvantage in your business. It may never have the growth or financial abundance that you desire.

The law of attraction is the most powerful law in the universe and to understand it fully one must know about emotion. Everything that comes to us, good or bad is a result of our thoughts and emotional response to things. What we focus on with great emotion is what is coming to us. So, if we are worried about our business or concerned about things, the universe responds in kind by giving us more things to worry and concern ourselves about.

Thus the importance of focusing on one’s VISION. The universe does not know the difference between reality or our imagination. It always responds to what our focus is. So we want to focus on what we want and where we are headed. Only then, will what we want, come forth. Many people spend most of their physical life experience focused on what they do not want because it is in front of them and usually negative.

The skill of visualization is key here. Spend time regularly focusing on & refining where you are headed and what you desire. Know clearly in your mind what your intention is for your business and bring high positive emotion to it throughout your body. The universe is abundant and will faithfully deliver to you exactly what you are wanting. At the same time it is always JUST, meaning, what you focus on expands. It is responding to your emotional vibration. There is no injustice in this abundant universe.

We are vibrational beings attracting to us according to our thoughts and emotions. I did not know this for a long time and it was a great disadvantage to me. And now to learn this and to understand why things were not working out as I wished them to is so very empowering.

Having a deliberate vision that you focus on with great joy & knowing is a key to your successful business. People and circumstances will come forth in all kinds of unexpected ways when you do this and you will have
the wonderful satisfaction of knowing that you are the creator of this reality.

Twitter or Facebook?

Or Both?

Today, applications like Twitter and Facebook, while attracting new users at astounding rates have not fully defined their business models and the 800-pound gorilla has yet to emerge. It is still early in the game and the eventual winners in the social networking space may not even yet exist, but I would argue that Twitter and Facebook are emerging as potential contenders to dominate.

Why People Love Facebook

Facebook appeals to social animals and can be very addicting to people who have an insatiable appetite to stay connected with friends and make new acquaintances. In fact, some people report they rarely use email or IM tools anymore in their online social communications anymore, relying almost entirely on Facebook for email, chat, image and video sharing.
Facebook addicts prefer the social portal model versus having to log into AIM, Yahoo Messenger, Gmail, Hotmail, Flickr, YouTube, MySpace, etc. Instead, Facebook gives them a single alternative to all these applications, with one login and interface to manage their online social interaction needs. This largely explains the explosive growth Facebook continues to experience and why the company reportedly invested $200 million in data center upgrades last year to keep up with demand!

Why People Love Twitter

The usefulness of Twitter is not readily as obvious to some people as Facebook; although it may be more addictive once you get the hang of Tweeting; you get more immediate responses and it seems to live somewhere between the worlds of email, instant messaging and blogging. Twitter encourages constant “linking out” to anywhere and, in that respect, is more analogous to a pure search engine; another way to find people and content all over the Net.
Twitter has quickly built brand awareness and a loyal following, especially among the technically adept; bloggers, online marketers, evangelists, basically anyone with something to promote seem to find Twitter extremely valuable.

When asked why they love Twitter, users say like “I can ask a question and get an instantaneous response”. They crave the ability to “tap into the collective consciousness” of others on the network, bouncing ideas off others with whom they would otherwise have no means of connecting. Twitter addicts claim it’s like the old fashioned water cooler, where people can gather to shoot the breeze on whatever topic is on their minds. Twitter is like a communications stream you dive into for an invigorating swim.

Different Communication Styles for Different Social Settings

Let’s say you go to a wedding or other social gathering where lots of people know each other. The style and tone of communication there will be more like using Facebook; you chat with old friends and acquaintances, mixing and mingling in an intimate manner. In this setting, people tend to feel more relaxed and “in their element”. Conversations are familiar and center on shared experiences and connections.
Now, when you go to a large party or social event where you don’t know most of the people in attendance, you will use a very different style of communication, more like Twitter; you want to meet people and somehow make yourself known, stand out from the crowd, make an impression, self promote and make new connections. Twitter is like getting the podium and not everyone feels comfortable or knows how to stand comfortably in the spotlight.

So Which Social Network is the Best?

While zealots will immediately point to either Twitter or Facebook as being superior, the truth is that each has its advantages and disadvantages and will tend to appeal more to different types of people and for different reasons. Each can have great or little value to anyone; it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish in a given situation. Consider some of the pros and cons of each network:

TWITTER PROS
Easy to navigate and update, link to and promote anything
Reach far beyond your inner circle of friends
One feed pools all users; anyone can follow anyone else unless blocked
Pure communication tool, rapid responsiveness
You don’t have to be logged in to get updates; you can just use an RSS reader
Very interactive, extensible messaging platform with open APIs
Many other applications being developed (Twitterific, Summize, Twhirl, etc.)
Potential SMS text messaging revenue from wireless networks (although Twitter states they are not currently getting any cut)
Potential future advertising and/or enterprise subscription-based revenue streams
With its “thin” overhead, Twitter is probably more scalable than Facebook, giving it a cost advantage

TWITTER CONS
Limited functionality; find people, send brief messages, direct replies
Limited to 140 characters per update
Not all people find it immediately useful
Over-emphasis on follower counts
Easily abused for spam and increasing the noise level
Relatively smaller installed user base
As yet no readily apparent monetization strategy

FACEBOOK PROS
Application mashup; find people, make connections, email, instant messaging, image/video sharing, etc.
Most people can quickly grasp the value of connecting with friends, family and established contacts; some people report they use Facebook instead of email and IM
More emphasis on deep connections with others vs. who has the most connections
“True Friends” feature increases your transparency to selected connections; almost like having private and public profiles
Huge, rapidly growing installed user base
Inherit stickiness, third party applications, “gift giving” and personal data collection make Facebook a powerful advertising platform

FACEBOOK CONS
More difficult to navigate and update
Requires investment of time to realize sustained benefit
Opt in model requires a user to allow others to connect
Less immediate responses; unless you stay logged on continually
Overhead of mashup and “thick” applications could limit scalability, bloat cost structure

The Future of Social Networking
In the end, both Twitter and Facebook are simply communication tools; both will continue to evolve and morph as users find new ways to extract value and either network may or may become a long term winner in the rapidly evolving social networking space. Ultimately, the fact remains to be seen whether either application has a profitable, scalable and sustainable business model or whether the exit strategy is simply to be acquired.
But, will either Twitter or Facebook become the next Google or will they fade into the rear view mirror of technological and social evolution?

What do you think?

I notice a lot of public speakers and teachers on the internet trying to convince people to “take action NOW.” And I know that these people are very well-meaning and are only saying what they think is needed, but this advice is very poor advice if people do not know about emotions, energy and the law of attraction. In fact this advice is counterproductive in many cases.

Let me explain. If one understands the law of attraction, then you know that our emotions are what attracts to us the results that we want. Our emotions are our vibrational essence. And so what we are feeling and thus thinking is what we are expanding in our lives.

Now to flush this out a bit more, let me speak from experience. A few years ago, I suffered from a severe depression. Before this depression, I was a pretty happy soul, trusting my inner guidance and flowing with life as things came along. I did not know about the law of attraction but I was attracting positively for the most part. And this was because I was in a good feeling place. And so whatever we are feeling, we receive the emotional equivalent of.

Well after the death of my husband, a depression set in that seemed to take over my life. It seemed like I had no control of it. And as I mentioned I did not know about law of attraction. What I noticed is that when I took action from this low feeling place it never produced the results that I had been used to. I would make a decision from this depression and it was always a poor decision. Because this depression went on for a few years, my confidence level began to plummet like never before.

I had been used to receiving good results from decisions before my depression but when I was taking action from my depression, it was always a poor decision.

Well I am well over this depression now, and became so curious as to why this was so. Why was I not able to see the best decision when I was depressed. And why was it not a good idea to take action when I was in this emotional state.

Well I now completely understand why now. Positive emotion feels good because it means we are on track with our own well-being. Negative emotion always tells us that we are not on track and that it is important to feel better before taking any kind of action.

You see, when we are feeling good, we get inspired, the ideas flow, we are on a roll so to speak. But when we are feeling bad, we cannot hear the voice of our source, that voice of infinite intelligence. We are too far out of reach.

Through the teachings of Jerry and Esther Hicks about the law of attraction, I have come to understand about the importance of our emotions and our emotional guidance system. In other words I have become conscious. Before this time, I was creating my reality from an unconcious state. Now that I am aware of what my emotions are telling me, I can quickly move myself into a postive emotional state, thus knowing that whatever inspirations comes forth will lead me to the happy results I seek.

What I notice among business leaders and motivational speakers especially is that they tend to talk a lot about the reason that people are not more successful or making more money is because they are not taking action or because they have the wrong mindset.

Now the mindset part is partially helpful but the taking action without teaching about our emotions and lining up our energy before taking action is not helpful. In fact people can end up feeling more discouraged if they do not know that taking actions from negative feelings places like doubt, frustration, despair, hopelessness or disappointment is counter productive. It will never yield the results that are wanted.

It is crucial as teachers to teach about energy and emotion because everything and every result is about energy and emotion. It is the key component and it is not talked about by many teachers.

I encourage you to read more on my blog about energy and alignment if you are a teacher of any kind. And I also encourage you to read the works of Jerry and Esther Hicks on the law of attraction. It is knowledge that is a must for any person who wants success for themselves or for their students.

I have learned after careful research that there are 5 Essential Things Needed In a Good Network Marketing Company.

1.) The company must be well capitalized, financially stable.
2.) It must have a management team that is knowledgeable and inspiring.
3.) Timing must be perfect! 97 % of the top income earners come in during momentum.
4.) The products must show visible and emotional results.
5.) There must be a compensation plan where people can make money.

To be successful in a network marketing business, one must teach people about the business and the different components of this business. For example, if it is a health and wellness company, then what health benefits must be part of the teachings When people purchase the products and do the business they are called business builders. There are ways to automate all of this on the internet so that you maximize value to your team.

85% of all Network Marketers are women and most do it on a part-time basis. So it must be a business that one can do part-time.

An excellent reason to join a network marketing company is for the training. Make sure that there is excellent training. Taxes are at an all time high!! So many people do not have financial stability. People have so much pressure on them and they are stretched to the max. One can begin a conversation about the products or the business. This conversation can be done online.

Make sure that the network marketing company you choose is something that is fun for you to talk about, it must ’feel good’ to be part of or else your interest will wain over time. The company I have chosen is one I believe in and enjoy talking about. If you want to hear more and become part of a great team of people, be in touch.

All the best in your search for the company that is best for you!

Having a home based business can bring emotional and financial relief and success to you. Check out why and leave a comment.

One of the best investments that you can make in yourself is create a home-based business. I was a teacher for years and with the tax structure in my country (Canada) and in the US as well, I know that my pay check kept getting smaller and smaller. Because I was in such a high tax bracket, not only did I reach my maximum salary after a few short years because of my graduate degrees, but my biggest expense was taxes.

I did not like the idea that someone else (government) took money from me before I even saw my paycheck. And then I read Robert Kiyosaki’s book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”…and I understood more fully what my discomfort was with my situation at that time.

Robert showed so clearly how people who are in the Earned Income bracket of money earning were at such a disadvantage and that that included over 90% of the human population. And I also learned that most people who are rich are rich because they have their own businesses.

Our governments see people who have their own businesses of more economic value than people who do not. And I can understand how this is so. They are the people who hire others and thus provide employment and they are the people who provide housing for others.

The 10 most important benefits of a home based business:

1.) You get to work from the comfort of your own home

2.) All of a sudden things one would have bought before, become a tax deduction. So for example, if I am a teacher in a school or college, I have no tax relief at all. I make $80,000 per yr and get taxed on that full amount (which becomes a lot of money over a year). And now that I have a home based business, so many things that I pay for anyway become a tax relief. My home office space, my computer, my car maintenance, insurance, gas, my travel, my restaurant meals, my accommodations, my magazines, my office supplies (paper, ink, pens etc), my self-development workshops and books, my dry cleaning etc. Anything that is something I do or use for my business becomes a tax deduction. So, now, if I make $80,000 a year and have $30,000 in expenses, I know only get taxed on $50,000.($80,000-$50,000.). That is a huge savings over a year.

3.) One of my businesses is healthy products such as top quality whey protein shakes, vitamins, antioxidants, cleansing products, high nutrient dense fruits and veggies etc. and because I must purchase a certain amount each month to be in business, these become a business expense.

4.) Having ones own business opens the doors to a world of freedom and creative adventure like never before

5.) Having a home based business can provide time freedom.

6) Everything one wants to learn can now be funneled into an experience that adds value to one’s life in terms of monetary value and fun value.

7.) In the business I have chosen, a network marketing business I get free training from the comfort of my own home.

8.) I get to be my own boss, make my time schedule and take breaks when it is best for me.

9.) It allows me to be more creative than ever before. Because I have a few businesses online, I get so many ideas on how to be even more creative, i.e Creating E-Books.

10.) My network marketing company Isagenix International costs less than $20. to start. That is amazingly low.

I would like to honor Robert & Kim Kiyosaki for their work as outstanding teachers in the area of financial wellness and abundance. The book “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” has created a revolution in the area of business like never before in our history.

Daegan Smith's Maximum Leverage marketing program is excellent. Here is a contest that he created just for the fun of it. I highly recommend this program. See why here!

Daegan Smith has gathered folks who are interested in learning about marketing into his inner circle called “MAXIMUM LEVERAGE.” Now first of all, isn’t that a ‘cool’ name for a gathering of marketers. Daegan is a beautiful man who has made a lot of money online. He knows how the internet works and he knows how to make money online. And because many people are interested in using the internet for their businesses they have come to Daegan for help.

I got introduced to Maximum Leverage and Daegan, through his students. He had a contest a few weeks ago and then another one just recently. Both contests required his students to submit a video on what is a marketing breakthrough tip that has made a difference in your business. The winners received either lifetime memberships into Maximum Leverage or a year membership.

At this moment I am not an inner circle member because I am checking these guys out! Due diligence is important in finding a match for ones learning. Well I have listened to all of the videos that have been submitted, including my own and I have learned so much, just from the contest entries.

Over 50 people felt inspired to share tips that were crucial to their businesses. They were inspiring and absolutely informative to me. I have learned so much that it makes me wonder, WHAT IS INSIDE THAT INNER CIRCLE??

Let me tell you just a few things that I have learned: a.) the importance of backlinks, b.) keywords (how to find great ones), c.) how to maximize your article writing (for example, if you write an article you should always publish it on your blog first and then about a week later on the article marketing sites like Ezine, d.) the importance of building a relationship with your list e.) how to submit your one article to many sites for maximum leverage.

I have been learning from a few of the master trainers online for the past four months with the desire to find a home where I can learn from a great teacher and their students, as well as where I may be able to offer my own wisdom.

What I like most about Daegan Smith is “yes he knows his content,” in other words he knows how to market and get good results and EQUALLY IMPORTANTLY for me, he is a person who knows how to inspire and uplift. He calls himself the “KING OF NEVER HAVING TO CALL LEADS”………and for me, he is the “KING OF THE LITTLE THINGS.”

What are the little things??

Well Daegan takes time to comment on your videos and to comment on your facebook comments and to give you a thumbs up for this or that. Now as a psychologist and teacher, I know that these are the key things that make a good teacher, OUTSTANDING. Absolutely, one must know their content but equally important is to know how to inspire and uplift others.

We can all remember back to the teacher who did that little extra, to give us a beautiful comment on our paper or to smile at us or any of these gestures that seem small but they are HUGE. They can make the total difference between success or not. As a teacher, I know this for sure.

This contest is an example of LEVERAGING THE WISDOM OF HIS STUDENTS. It has been a privilege and honor to be witness to all of this even before I join Maximum Leverage. Thank you Daegan and all people who entered the contests. To learn more about Maximum Leverage go to Facebook or ‘maximumleverage.com’

Now I could go on and on but what I would like to do is share two video links here so you can listen to his students yourself. These two will inspire you to want more and you can view most of the contest entries on Daegans facebook pages, Maximum Leverage or Daegan Smith. They are so worth watching if you want some great marketing tips. These are two of my favorites:

Herold Souter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fg773O4Pbtk

Andrea Kropp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fg773O4Pbtk

Now to just close by saying that I do not do anything anymore unless it ‘FEELS GOOD’ to me because I understand that ‘FEELING GOOD’ is the key to an amazing life and all the things I am wanting. As many of you know, the Law of Attraction is one of my favorite topics and this is one of the teachings that has changed me forever.

As Daegan would say “SEE YOU AT THE TOP“……….at the top of your game, at your happiest!!!

KATIE FREILING is a woman in her 20s, who is an internet marketer and communicator extraordinaire. Katie has a presence on the internet that is very visible and delightful. She is an intelligent and beautiful woman, who knows how to market on the internet but more importantly how to communicate with people.

She is obviously happy and provides clear and concise information on any topic that she teaches. She is a teacher first and foremost, leading others into their own greatness. Katie Freiling has many students who love and adore her. She offers so much value and inspiration to her students, that one cannot help but be inspired and empowered by Katie.

Katie Freilings’ free gift that you can receive from her blog is excellent. She covers several topics that are of great interest to many people these days. Let me go over the course briefly for you in order to inspire you to learn from her. She first of all gives a “Big Picture” overview of how the internet works and how you can create a presence for yourself on the net. Then Katie goes into “social media income transformation” and “how to create a presence on Facebook and Twitter.” And to top it off she teaches everyone how to create their own videos and then submit them to U Tube.

Katie presents each of these topics through videos. I recommend them because she is easy to learn from.

I would say Katie Freiling is one of the most creative and inspiring people on the internet that I have met to date. So many people are looking for a way to make an income from the internet and Katie has many ideas of how to do this.

She gracefully tells her story of how just a year or so ago, she was broke and did not know how to turn that around. She then met Jonathan Budd and that all turned around. Jonathan was one of her first teachers. He was very influential in helping her turn things around.

Many people are in network marketing these days and many are not doing very well because of old outdated methods that are being promoted and used. So many people who join a network marketing company leave after 6 months or less, mostly because they are not taught how to do their business effectively. People are left feeling like they are not capable or competent.

People like Katie Freiling are helping to turn this around. Katie teaches about the importance of believing in yourself and how to use the internet smartly and wisely to turn this trend around.

I highly recommend anyone who wants another stream of income to take a look at Katie Freilings’ training and to implement that which feels good to you onto your websites or place some of her ideas into your thinking cap for future reference. There may be a day when you will want to implement her strategies.

I appreciate you Katie because you give others so much “value” (as it is called online) or knowledge and you inspire them to move more and more into the full expression of themselves.

Thank you Katie !!!

George M Brown is the creator of google snyper and traffic ultimatim, two great internet marketing products. To learn more check this out.

I have just finished taking GEORGE BROWN’S online course called “TRAFFIC ULTIMATUM.” His course was launched in late March 2010.

Firstly, George Brown is a young 19 year old man, who has made millions of dollars on the internet. He is an internet marketer extraordinaire. He has his own products, that he has created and he also focuses a lot on affiliate marketing.

Traffic Ultimatum, is an outstanding resource to have for anyone who is wanting to do business on the internet. The course costs $197 US and is worth every penny. What George has done for people with this course is taught the basics in understanding how business is done online.

The course is comprised of 3 E Books, along with 20 videos that are interspersed throughout the course. So he uses the written word and video to make his points.

What I love about George Browns’ course is what a good writer he is. He manages to make somewhat difficult material easy to learn. His videos are so thoughtfully done to help explain everything and to show you how to do what he is saying. He sticks closely to his promise to “Not present any fluff, just the raw basics.” What he means by this is, he spends all his time in the course giving the technical wisdom needed to do business online. This wisdom is given in plain and simple english for anyone to understand.

I have already implemented so many of his ideas because it is easy. I wish I would have had this course before I wrote over 70 Ezine articles because I would written them differently, with an eye to the careful use of “keywords.” Knowing about keywords is one of the most important things to know about how the internet works. The good news is, I can go back and edit my courses and do it more effectively this time, so that they will get more exposure, more viewers.

I would say that George is a “big picture” guy, with the ability to also carefully explain the details in the big picture. This is a very rare quality in a teacher.

Let me go over all the areas that George covers in this course: VIDEO 1: Spotting Trends, VIDEO 2: Offer Spying Video, VIDEO #3: Keyword Research, VIDEO #4: Market Analysis, VIDEO 5: SEO Essentials, VIDEO #6: Article Marketing, VIDEO #7: Video Marketing, VIDEO 8: Social Networking Marketing, VIDEO 9: Social Media Marketing, VIDEO #10: Conversational Marketing, VIDEO #11: Buzz Marketing, VIDEO #12: Viral Marketing, VIDEO 13: Piggyback Marketing, VIDEO 14: Google Adwords, VIDEO 15: Google Content Network, VIDEO 16: Facebook Social Ads, VIDEO 17: PPV Advertising, VIDEO 18: Outsourcing, VIDEO 19: Email Buys, VIDEO 20: UTube Buying.

Each of these are described brilliantly, with many additional resources added.

One example of how it has already been helpful to me is: George Brown teaches you how to write an article, with careful attention to keywords (he tells you how to find the appropriate keywords), and then he shows you how to turn that article into a video and then how to submit that same article as a press release. It is amazing to me how much leverage he shows you how to do with just one article. It is brilliant.

I was able to easily do this with the next article I wrote. And these 3 areas of marketing are all FREE.

He does go into advertising that is free and advertising that is paid in detail.

The other thing I like about George Brown as a teacher is that he is an inovator, meaning he is finding new ways to advertise on the internet all of the time. Ways that have never been done before.

He has a calm and easy manner about him. He gives you the impression that this is learnable and fun. One realizes that there is a science to working on the internet and you need to learn the rules of the game, so to speak.

I feel so much more informed having taken this course and I feel very much appreciation for GEORGE BROWNS’ talents as a teacher. One sign of a true teacher is a person who empowers and inspires another to be the creators that they are and George Brown is such a teacher. Thank you George!!

If you would like to see a video of George, just click on the “click here” link under “GEORGE BROWNS “TRAFFIC ULTIMATIM COURSE” on the right of this page. Enjoy!

Jonathan Budd has gone from broke to being a millionaire in a very short period of time by knowing how on the internet. Check this post out for more information.

Well I finished my online marketing course with JONATHAN BUDD. During the time of the course, I received more emails (well over 150) from him in six weeks, than from any other person in the history of my life. I can honestly say, I found them interesting and fun to read.

There were two parts to his emails that I liked.

Firstly, if you are new to internet marketing, Jonathan Budd is an excellent person to be introduced to because he is knowledgable about marketing, which for many people is not an easy topic to get excited about. It is clear to me that, you can have the best product or service in the world and if you do not have an efficient and effective way to share it, or market it, it will never be known. Jonathan Budd knows how to teach marketing in a way that makes one curious to learn more.

Secondly, Jonathan brings to his work an enthusiasm that is uplifting and engaging. He brings you into his world in a story telling and fun kind of way. He is clearly passionate about his work and his desire to be a wonderful teacher is obvious.

His course is filled with so much knowledge or “content,” as it is called in this business, that I am certain I have learned more in six weeks than in any other course I have taken. And I am right up there as a person who has taken more courses in a lifetime, having a doctorate in Psychology.

Jonathan Budd is a man in his mid 20′s, who at one point was so discouraged in his network marketing business, having made little or no money, after having tried so hard, for quite a long time. He had tried all the old ways of marketing and then he discovered how to market his business on the internet. That changed everything for him. He has broken through and moved into a place of financial freedom.

His passion now is to teach others, what he knows, so that they too, can thrive in their businesses.

His approach as a teacher is inspiring and uplifting, he brings excitement and understanding to each class and in his emails. One can feel his enthusiasm right through the pages. Jonathans’ energy calls one into their own greatness, a sign of a true teacher.

We were born to be expansive beings, all of us and so, it is refreshing to meet someone who is so sure of his expansive nature that nothing will deter him. As well, he is determined to surround himself with others, who he can influence and who also see themselves that way. He wants to create a business that empowers people.

Anyone who is in the network marketing industry, knows the power of residual income and the power of leadership. At the same time, so many people are struggling with old concepts and ways of doing their network marketing business and are not receiving the success they had hoped for. Jonathan definitely has much to teach us all here.

Our only purpose in this lifetime is to be the joyful beings that is at our core. Jonathan Budd is definitely living his purpose. By doing this, he is contributing more than words can express. Each of us, who move into the beings that we are meant to be, are massive contributors to the well being around us.

Jonathan Budd is both a network marketing genius and a day dreamer. One cannot expand, as he is, without being a dreamer as well. He has big dreams for the industry of internet marketing and I am certain that his dreams will manifest. They must, it is the nature of the law of attraction. When we are in alignment with our dreams (meaning in pure positive energy), they must and will come into our physical reality.

Thank you Jonathan, you inspire and uplift when you teach and these are two of the most important qualities of a true teacher.

If you want to learn more about how to benefit from Jonathans’ marketing wisdom, just click on the

“7figure networker system” sign to the right of this page and you will get introduced to Mr. Jonathan Budd.

Isagenix is a set of products that are super foods. They energize, detox, help one lose weight and build strength. It is a new nutritional technology that is changing the face of the world of nutrition. Athletes improve their performance on Isagenix

The Notes Compiled by Joanie McMahon on a talk by Susan Sly (Nutritionist, Athlete, Coach For Competitive Athletes.)

An athlete is anyone who exercises 1-2 hr. per day or more.

Isagenix is a health natural products, a super food. There are no harsh stimulants or drugs in them. It is Health Canada compliant which means that what it says is on the labels is in the products. It is very difficult to get this recognition from the Canadian government.

Isagenix system is flexible, can be tailored to different athletic needs i.e. A marathon runners needs are different that a body builders needs.

Isagenix cleanses the whole body including the blood, liver, lymphatic system and colon. For athletes cleansing is best done post-competition and at the end of the season (at least twice a year).

Most cleanses break down the body. Isagenix cleanses and restores the body. Isagenix is manufactured by the company itself and John Anderson’s specialty is nutritional products for athletes. This is what he was known for before he created Isagenix. He was known for making health natural products.

Athletes must cleanse even more so than others because most athletes are lean and therefore the toxins get stored in the vital organs because there is not a lot of body fat. Athletes drink more water and breathe more air at a faster rate and therefore more toxins enter into there bodies.

Most health difficulties that athletes have are nutritionally based. All calories are not created equal. For Peak Performance athletes must look at nutrition.

Athletes go through nutrients faster and therefore need more. They need a diet of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fat (good fat like Omega 3, 6&9)

Most vitamins out there have about 5% absorption rate. And most products have fillers and artificial flavors and sweeteners which all break-down the body.

Pre-workout meals should be about 300 calories and this meal should have protein and fat in it. IsaLean Shakes are perfect because they have the perfect blend of protein and fat and it is good fat (Omega 3, 6 & 9) as opposed to bad fat (fast foods). They boost the immune system 300%.

Post-workout meals should be about 20 gms. of carbs and 7 gms. of protein and again the IsaLean shakes are perfect. The carbohydrates in IsaLean shakes are organic pears, peaches and apples.

The whey protein in the IsaLean shakes are non – denatured organic whey protein (very high-grade of whey) and the amino acids and digestive enzymes are still alive (they are untreated and have not been processed). Amino acids are immune builders. Lglutomine is in our shakes and this is a perfect amino acid. Protein boosts the immune system and is essential for muscular repair. Protein is a macro-nutrient.

Isagenix Isa-Pro is great for extra protein for athletes. It has no carbohydrates in it. Two scoops of the Isa-Lean shake and 1 scoop of Isa-Pro is the perfect amount of protein for an active athlete. The body can only absorb 32 gm. of protein at a time. Isapro is a must for athletes in the Isagenix health natural products.

The Omega 3, 6, and 9′s are natural anti-inflammatories which are so important for athletes because, so often, they are sore.

“Want More Energy” drink is excellent because it has organic honey in it (the honey helps release the minerals and electrolytes), plus B vitamins, plus electrolytes, plus 70 ionic trace minerals

Athletes are often immune suppressed and they need our essential vitamins.

The Ionix supreme has adaptogens in it and it enhances athletic performance and recovery. C-Lyte is excellent for muscle repair.

Demands on the body are so high for athletes. Isamune is excellent as well to boost the immune system.
