
Claude is a business man and investor. Note: name and details are changed and he has given me permission to write this.
I was talking with Claude about Journey work and its benefits to people in making more effective decisions in business and his personal life. Claude reported knowingly sabotaging himself in many of his business ventures. He said in his mind he could see himself thinking of ways he would sabotage himself and reported not being able to help himself.
I did the emotional Journey with Claude using all of the advanced skills. He uncovered and released a traumatic memory of sexual abuse from his childhood. He was profoundly moved by his work.
One day after: Claude reported feeling so much lighter and still a bit stunned.
One week later: Claude reported that the sabotaging behaviour is actually gone because of this clearing and because of his present awareness.
6 months later: He is moving forward in a business venture with his wife that he and she are very excited about. He said, in the past, his wife would have been sceptical about being in business with him because of his past behaviour. He now said that she trusts him and it has improved their intimate relationship as well. Of course!
After the Journey process of clearing old ‘stuff,’ I then began to teach Claude about the Law of Attraction and the importance of becoming aware in the present moment of our thoughts and emotions. It is the constant attention to feeling good that is the key to feeling good and being happy. And when we are feeling happy, the universe responds in kind by giving us more things that match this emotion or vibration.
Sometimes, if the negative emotion is so strong, or if illness or unhealthy patterns of behaviour has already set in, it is important to do a Journey process to clear it out so that it is easier to focus on the ‘here and now.’
He clearly understood the teachings of the Law of Attraction and how we are all vibrational beings and that vibration shows itself in the form of emotion. He also was quick to understand how to move up the emotional scale step by step, whenever he was in negative emotion.
He now has more control than ever of how his life unfolds, just by monitoring his thoughts and emotions on a regular basis.
