Law of attraction and energy – everything is about energy!

We are first and foremost vibration!  We are energy.  This universe, that we are all priviledged to be a part of, is an attraction based universe.  This means that we are attracting to us depending on our energy.  Energy is depicted in this that we call emotions. This is what we call the Law of Attraction.

So for example, a person who is depressed,  has a low vibrational frequency or low energy.  And like-wise a person who is happy has a high vibrational frequency or high energy.  How the universe is orchestrated is, depending on our vibrational frequency, we are attracting to us experiences and people who are a match to our vibration.

And so, if one is depressed,  then people and experience, with the same  frequency like this will come to us.

So if we look at illness,  all illness has a vibrational frequency.  Chronic illnesses such as cancer and MS are illnesses that have resulted because of sustained low vibrational frequency. This means that this person has, without meaning to of course,  been in low feeling moods for long period of time.

Someone who has asthma or constant colds may be a person who is in the vibrational frequency of frustration or disappointment regularly.  Frustration and disappointment are much higher vibrational frequencies than is depression or despair.

You can find a copy of our emotional guidance system on this blog.  It shows many emotions and they range from depression and despair up to joy and love.  Each emotion as you go up the emotional scale has a higher frequency than the next. For example, anger has a higher frequency than does depression.

If we realize that we are love and joy at our core.  Everyone is, no exception. And when we are feeling less than that, it only means that we have strayed from the path of our true selves.

So in essence everything that comes to us, is something we have attracted. We are that powerful that our emotions and our thoughts attached to them, create our reality.

Many of us have strayed from our true selves because we have become accustomed to “sloppy thinking” and we have forgotten how wonderful and adored we are by the universe.

This sloppy thinking is the result of many things.  One big area is our schools. Schools are places where mistakes are pointed out and highlighted for our entire 12 years and beyond. There is so much focus on what we have done wrong that after a while we begin to believe that we are less than.

As well, in many families, well meaning parents are often pointing out what we did wrong rather than how wonderful we are.

There is so much focus on the negative from all around us. Another example would be our news. There is so much happening in our world that is positive and you would never know it by watching our news. People are actually paid to go out and find the pockets where negative things are happening and then it gets broadcasted all over the world in our news.

So it is easy to see how we can get off track in our own lives.  Rest assured that it does not take long to turn this around. In a matter of 30 days or less we actually have the power to shift our vibration significantly enough to begin to see the signs by what comes forth into our experience.

We have not even begun to tap into our powerfulness and creativity on this planet. As more and more people realize their full potential and clean up their vibrations, we are going to see things we could not ever have imagined come forth into our physical experience.

It truly is all about energy!  About vibration and attraction.  The Law of Attraction is at the heart of everything in our universe.
