Most people in Network Marketing do not know anything about business in general and so often there is a lot of learning that must go on in this area first. Many people treat their business like a lottery ticket hoping that it will be successful.

If you own a business like a bakery you are at that bakery making sure things are going well. You open the doors at the time people expect and you close the doors at closing time. Any business is similar to that. You have to work it in order for it to be successful.

Also many treat their business like a job and most of the time a job is quite different. In a job you get paid for reading and for your meeting times but in your network marketing business you do not. You only get paid for sponsoring people and helping them do well.

2. Someone who knows how to predispose a person to what you have to offer so that when you speak with the prospect they are already prequalified.

In network marketing you want to speak to people who want what you have. You do not want to be in the position of trying to convince someone that you have what they want.

3. Someone who knows that the network marketing company does not make you successful.

Most of the materials of any network marketing company are promotional materials and not marketing materials. Promotional materials are nice but used after the person has seen you as a trusted advisor and not a product pusher. You want your sponsor to be able to teach his distributors how to create real materials that make him look like a trusted advisor in the market place. People will say NO if we have not done your due diligence in this area

4. Someone who is ready to help you move forward so that you can be successful.

In network marketing you want to be always learning from your sponsor. So you want someone who is on top of what is working now

5. Someone who knows how to use technology  

They must know how to do 3 way calls and have a telephone with that capacity. They must know how to do a webinar . They must know how to use facebook and how to use twitter

Prospects who call you are 10 times more interested in your network marketing business than someone who U call

6. Someone who is a leader and can teach you presentation skills.

People will only stay with you if they feel U can help them get to a place that they cannot get to themselves.

7. Someone who knows how to tell stories.

Storytelling is an art form and it moves people more than anything else. There is a way to tell a story to have people come over to your side of the equation.

8. Must have leadership skills, it is the master key in network marketing

Leadership is developing in other people a desire to follow you because you can demonstrate how they can get you to help them get where they want to go. 

Make a commitment to create a list of 100 people who want what you have. Make a commitment to approach all 100 of them

Most people do not know how to generate leads. 

9. Someone who knows it takes time to build any business

10. Someone who understands the importance of having the right tools to keep a positive mindset.

Someone who has confidence and you can feel their confidence as you speak to them. Find someone who is where you want to be and talk to them. What do they believe. Find out how they process information in the brain. What is their physiology ?

11. Someone who knows how to market

Marketing is the art and science of developing in other people the desire to want your product, service and  are predisposed, preinterested and prequalified.

Marketing should be a systematic: step 1-5 and at step 5 they are ready to pay . Marketing should be measurable or else it is not marketing.
