Any successful person must have a positive mindset. Without question I think this factor is more crucial than all the others because a leader cannot support you if you are consistently worried, frustrated and concerned. So training on knowing how to keep yourself in good spirits no matter what is happening in your business is critical.

This factor is important because it gives you the confidence and practice of knowing what to say and when to say what that can only come with experience. For a new person and honestly even for experienced people, knowing the order to say things and learning to listen to your prospect are learned skills. This is critical training because all of us run out of people we know quickly and any business must have a constant flow of new people coming in.
