1. Someone who is treating their business like a business.

Most people in Network Marketing do not know anything about business in general and so often there is a lot of learning that must go on in this area first. Many people treat their business like a lottery ticket hoping that it will be successful.

If you own a business like a bakery you are at that bakery making sure things are going well. You open the doors at the time people expect and you close the doors at closing time. Any business is similar to that. You have to work it in order for it to be successful.

Also many treat their business like a job and most of the time a job is quite different. In a job you get paid for reading and for your meeting times but in your network marketing business you do not. You only get paid for sponsoring people and helping them do well.

2. Someone who knows how to predispose a person to what you have to offer so that when you speak with the prospect they are already prequalified.

In network marketing you want to speak to people who want what you have. You do not want to be in the position of trying to convince someone that you have what they want.

3. Someone who knows that the network marketing company does not make you successful.

Most of the materials of any network marketing company are promotional materials and not marketing materials. Promotional materials are nice but used after the person has seen you as a trusted advisor and not a product pusher. You want your sponsor to be able to teach his distributors how to create real materials that make him look like a trusted advisor in the market place. People will say NO if we have not done your due diligence in this area

4. Someone who is ready to help you move forward so that you can be successful.

In network marketing you want to be always learning from your sponsor. So you want someone who is on top of what is working now

5. Someone who knows how to use technology  

They must know how to do 3 way calls and have a telephone with that capacity. They must know how to do a webinar . They must know how to use facebook and how to use twitter

Prospects who call you are 10 times more interested in your network marketing business than someone who U call

6. Someone who is a leader and can teach you presentation skills.

People will only stay with you if they feel U can help them get to a place that they cannot get to themselves.

7. Someone who knows how to tell stories.

Storytelling is an art form and it moves people more than anything else. There is a way to tell a story to have people come over to your side of the equation.

8. Must have leadership skills, it is the master key in network marketing

Leadership is developing in other people a desire to follow you because you can demonstrate how they can get you to help them get where they want to go. 

Make a commitment to create a list of 100 people who want what you have. Make a commitment to approach all 100 of them

Most people do not know how to generate leads. 

9. Someone who knows it takes time to build any business

10. Someone who understands the importance of having the right tools to keep a positive mindset.

Someone who has confidence and you can feel their confidence as you speak to them. Find someone who is where you want to be and talk to them. What do they believe. Find out how they process information in the brain. What is their physiology ?

11. Someone who knows how to market

Marketing is the art and science of developing in other people the desire to want your product, service and  are predisposed, preinterested and prequalified.

Marketing should be a systematic: step 1-5 and at step 5 they are ready to pay . Marketing should be measurable or else it is not marketing.

A Focused Vision is Essential as a Business Skill

Many businesses are floundering and not moving forward because they are so focused on what is presently happening in their current business. Perhaps they are worried about their present financial situation or their lack of expected growth or any number of other things.

As any business owner knows, there is a myriad of things that one can focus on that are of a worrying nature. When one understands that no matter how technically savy a person is or how many personal development courses one takes, if you do not understand the laws of the universe, you are at a disadvantage in your business.

It may never have the growth or financial abundance that you desire. The law of attraction is the most powerful law in the universe and to understand it fully one must know about emotion. Everything that comes to us, good or bad is a result of our thoughts and emotional response to things.

What we focus on with great emotion is what is coming to us.

So, if we are worried about our business or concerned about things, the universe responds in kind by giving us more things to worry and concern ourselves about. Thus the importance of focusing on one's VISION.

The universe does not know the difference between reality or our imagination. It always responds to what our focus is. So we want to focus on what we want and where we are headed. Only then, will what we want, come forth. Many people spend most of their physical life experience focused on what they do not want because it is in front of them and usually negative.

The skill of visualization is key here.

Spend time regularly focusing on & refining where you are headed and what you desire. Know clearly in your mind what your intention is for your business and bring high positive emotion to it throughout your body.

The universe is abundant and will faithfully deliver to you exactly what you are wanting.

At the same time it is always JUST, meaning, what you focus on expands. It is responding to your emotional vibration. There is no injustice in this abundant universe. We are vibrational beings attracting to us according to our thoughts and emotions. I did not know this for a long time and it was a great disadvantage to me. And now to learn this and to understand why things were not working out as I wished them to is so very empowering.

Having a deliberate vision that you focus on with great joy & knowing is a key to your successful business. People and circumstances will come forth in all kinds of unexpected ways when you do this and you will have the wonderful satisfaction of knowing that you are the creator of this reality.

 Frank Kern creates great videos at the beginning of each year, that he calls "the state of the union address."For those of you who do not know Frank yet, he is one of the first people ever to be successful in having a multi-million dollar business on the internet. In Frank's 2012 address to viewers he gives us several things to consider. These are my notes from this address. 

According to the infamous Frank Kern there are 3 Pillars needed for success in building an online Internet: business. They are:

a.) Technology

b.) Marketing

c.) Magic Bullet

The most important pillar is the magic bullet, which is the great product or how to best serve your customer …..

Most people who work online have it backwards. They are focused on the right technology ……  This is akin to focusing on the paint job of a car, rather than the inner workings of the car. The only purpose for technology is to deliver the Right Marketing message, about an excellent product to the right  market at the right time.

A good understanding of marketing is key but it has become over focused and in fact has created a sense of overwhelm for many people who are tryingto do too much at one time and often end up not doing anything at all.

We make money by SELLING on the internet says Frank. Internet Marketing is about "using the internet to deliver the right message about an excellent product to the right people at the right time. "Overwhelm is created by "a lack of a clear vision and the absence of a simple, yet effective plan to get there."

Concrete purpose and simple plan is the key, Frank continues.You want to have something amazing to offer your community. And when you put that product in front of the right audience it sells easily ……. 

When you are focused on its importance and it usefulness, a plan will come forth. Frank uses the IPhone as an example of a magic bullet product. He says the IPhone is truly a magic bullet revolutionary amazing product and in front of the right people it is easy to sell. We make money by selling on the internet!

THE DEVELOPMENT AND THE CREATION OF A PRODUCT THAT IS LIKE A MAGIC BULLET is the key to success on the internet.

The definition of a magic bullet product might be:  A product so exceptionally good, your customers have an experience which is magical in their eyes.

In my business Isagenix products are magic bullets. In my business Journey work / self-development methods/products that 

help people clear inner issues are magic bullets. These products are exceptional.

The Internet itself is a magic bullet. Where would we all be without the internet. It has changed all of our lives.

So our work as online business people is to create products that are truly revolutionary. Our customers want RESULTS to a problem they are having. We are in the business of GETTING RESULTS to our customers. So in so many words we must say, "Here is what I have got and this is how it can help people, get the best results possible for our customers.

We will know that you have successfully created a magic bullet when we can efficiently guide our customer toward an end result which will provide massive transformational value in her/his life. So our focus as online business people is how can I get the right product to the right person in the best possible way. When we have that we have something that is truly worth marketing.

The ability to turn advertising into profits is most important and we need to learn this.

Frank continues by saying, "in the online world, we are obsessed with the word FREE. No matter what we are doing we are doing, we are going to be paying for our customers." So for example, in joint ventures, when we offer other business colleagues 50 percent of the sale of our products, we are actually paying that amount of money per sale.  

Frank believes it is far better to acquire multiple customers with PPC (pay per click advertising) than to get joint venture partners. Advertise a great product ….. Then convert paid advertising into profit is the key to success

The 3 steps to convert ads into profit.

a.) Generate leads through advertising

b.) Use good marketing and salesmanship to convert

these leads into customers.

c.) Delighting your customers with your product/service.

So, the 3 main activity steps to focus on are these and only these

a.) Here's what I have got

b.) Here is what it will do for you

c.) Here is what I want you to do next: ie buy the products

When you offer something for FREE, you do that in exchange for permission to follow up with them later. Mastering the art and science of turning paid advertisement into customers is key. Our desired outcome is to turn paid advertising into profit ……Developing sales marketing funnels to help with the heavy lifting of this magic bullet is key as well but it will always be secondary to the magic bullet product.

 Don Crowther is a social media whiz expert who shares generously his knowledge about how to maximize social media in marketing your business.

In this video Don discusses ways to get new traffic to old blog posts. It is a set of excellent tips. Special thanks to Don for all these great tips.

1. Create “Best of” posts
These are blog posts that list other key posts you’ve written that are all related to a specific theme. They can be “best of [time period, on a subject, etc.],” “most commented on,” “my personal favorites,” etc. Watch the video to get lots more ideas on this subject.
Each of these posts contains links to 5 or more other posts, with a linked title and a couple of sentences of description about each post.

2. Upgrade your posts
Periodically review each of your old posts, looking for ways that you can upgrade it or bring it up to date. Are there additional points you can make, tips you can add, pictures or formatting changes you can make to it that will make it more valuable to readers, so that they will recommend it to their friends and link to it?

3. Add video to it
If it’s worth writing, it’s worth committing to video! Create a video about that subject, and embed it into the post. That alone could improve its search engine ranking, giving you more traffic to that post!

4. Build internal links to each post
Each time you write a new blog post think “what other posts have I written that add information not available in this post, that my visitors would find value in reading?” Then link to those older posts in your new post. Plus, you should go back in your old posts and do the same.

5. Get offsite links to old posts
As you know, there are tons of ways to do this like writing a guest blog post and linking to your old articles or writing an article which you post to a different site and linking to your old blog posts. In short, always think of your old blog posts as you do things that might create an incoming link.

6. Promote old posts through social media
Lots of people consistently promote their new blog posts through Twitter and Facebook. But what about old blog posts? Most people never read those posts in the first place, so they’re rarely redundant!

7. Email it to your optin list
Regularly email descriptions and links to both your new and older blog posts. This can be an amazingly powerful way to generate a ton of instant traffic, comments and new life for your old posts!

As you do these things, you’ll find your old blog posts getting more traffic, better search engine rankings, more incoming links and putting more onto your bottom line?
