PinExt Stress, Fruits and Vegetables, Weight Loss & Isagenix

Stress, weight loss and eating fruits and vegetables each day, are all important health issues. Isagenix products address each of these issues with their IsaFruits and Greens products.

Fruits and vegetables are so important for our health and so difficult at times to eat them all. Two of the Isagenix products that address this health concern are the Isagenix IsaFruits and Isagenix Greens.

These two Isagenix products also address the issues of weight loss, stress and finding the best fruits and vegetables. Let me explain.

isafruits vegetabels1 Stress, Fruits and Vegetables, Weight Loss & IsagenixThe IsaFruits have 30 fruits in one scoop. Now I do not know about you, but for myself, I had difficulty getting 2-4 fruits in my body on any given day. 30 fruits in one scoop, I find that amazing. In each scoop there is only 30 calories & 1 gm of sugar. Now this is good news to help reduce stress and help with weight loss.

The fruits in Isagenix Isafruits are tomato, acerola, red raspberry, cherry, cranberry, papaya, peach, blood orange, pear, mango, watermelon, red currant, nectarine, pomegranate, wolfberry, tangerine, orange, bilberry, apricot, apple, apple pectin, star fruit, pinapple, kiwi, cantaloupe, blueberry, red grape, plum, prune, guava, blackberry, passion fruit, carrot root powder, acai, mangosteen, noni, ionic alfalfa, and rice bran. Wow!

The Isagenix Greens are one of my favorites because this Isagenix product also addresses the issues of weight loss and stress. The Greens also have over 30 of the most nutritiously dense vegetables in just one scoop. Again, this is outstanding because, like you, I have a difficult time many days to get all the vegetables I need into my body.

The vegetables in the Isagenix Greens are pineapple juice, alfalfa sprout, carrot root, spirulina, chia see, barley grass & juice, ionic alfalfa ™, wheat grass, chlorella, cinnamon bark, parsley, green tea leaf, red clover flower, astaxanthin, astragalus root, suma root, papaya fruit, ginkgo biloba leaf, dulse, eleutherococcus senticosus root, dandelion root, maitake, shiitake, cordyceps, grape seed extract, flower pollen, milk thistle seed extract, tomato, cilantro, red beet root, bilberry berry extact, turnip root, bamboo shoot, alpha lipoic acid, chlorophyll, coenzyme Q-10, Brussels sprout, broccoli floret and kale leaf.

These fruits and vegetables have other health benefits besides weight loss and reduced stress, they are antioxidants, mental focus and clarity, improved digestion, support of health bacteria, digestive fiber to boost cleansing and stronger immune system.

Stress is also reduced for me because I do not have to worry anymore about the quality of my fruits and vegetables I buy because with Isagenix fruits and vegetables, I know they are the best. I also do not have to stress out about whether they will rot or not because they are in powder form, with all nutrients carefully secured inside.

Sounds like a super easy way to get those fruits and veggies in every day.  I wonder if my kids would drink it?

Annie » I drink these two in water and I also put them in a shake everyday. They taste great to me. Not too sweet, just right.

Great information, Joanie! I do some juicing, but get nowhere near 30 servings a day! Most of these fruits and vegetables are also huge in cancer-fighting properties. Sounds like a great product — especially for those of us who want to maintain (or improve) our health, but are always on the go. Thanks!

Years ago I drank a supplement every day, but have gotten out of the habit. Now being an empty-nester I realized I don't cook the balanced meals I was dedicated to when my children were at home. I'm going to try the Isagenix products and see the results!
